To use our APIs properly, you first need to understand our model. In the API reference documentation, you will quickly notice that some terms are used quite often, terms such as establishments, teams, transactions, and users.

It is important to note that an establishment must contain at least one team.

A transaction (or tip) is necessarily linked to one and only one team. When you create a transaction, you'll need to specify which team you want to assign the tip to.
